Dr. Manisha M Mendonca

DPT, OCS, MSPT, COMT, CDN, CSFA, CCI, CPCO

Dr. Mendonca is the Founder of CORE OBJECTIVE Solutions. She has over 26 years of diverse experience, especially in Healthcare Services domain.
She is instrumental in the service operations of CORE OBJECTIVE Solutions where she plays a critical role of a domain expert and mentor for Clinical Notes, Medical Summaries, Plan Of Care, Clinical Documentation Audit et al.

She is a highly passionate HCP and also plays the role of Director of physical therapy at ACE PT, Alexandria, Virginia. She also cooperates with other doctors and physicians in medical groups across United States.

Dr. Mendonca is a Certified Professional Compliance Officer (CPCO) and has been working as a Compliance officer for the last 8 years making sure her facility is compliant with insurance requirements, federal as well as state regulations. She is actively involved with staff training, policy changes and updates, documentation updates, MIPS participation program etc.

She believes in finding and correcting the root of the problem and not just treating the symptoms. She has advanced training and hands-on experience in treatment areas including spine, extremities, joint manipulations, mobilization, trigger point dry needling, manual and Graston technique soft tissue release, and myofascial release.

Dr. Mendonca has a Master of Physical therapy (MPT) from a reputed university. Being committed to clinical excellence through ongoing professional education, she returned to school to pursue her Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) from Shenandoah University in 2014. Since then she has been a Certified Orthopedic Manual Therapist (COMT), Dry Needling Specialist (CDN), Certified Compliance officer (CPCO) and has received her Board Orthopedic Specialist certification (OCS) in 2017. She is in the process of obtaining certifications in TMJ and Women’s health.

Roger Parker

President/ CTO
Roger is responsible for technology innovation, enterprise solutions, service delivery, and program management. A skilled business and technology strategist, he has more than 25 years of experience providing right business and technology solutions to healthcare, pharma, insurance and financial industries.
His major experience is in the field of Healthcare services for clients in the US and UK.

For the past 14 years, he has been successful in managing most critical services being rendered to NHS clients in UK and also the Medical Summarization services for clients in the US.

His profound understanding of the processes helps our teams seamlessly onboard any new client and quickly start the delivery with the shortest client specific trainings.
Being a technologist at heart, his expertise also lies in web applications, mobile applications, enterprise systems, business analysis, and business process management and re-engineering. Earlier, Roger worked extensively in IT based healthcare services including clinical research and trials data management, patient compliance management, disease management, EMRs, integration of medical devices with software apps, embedded systems enablement for web, and M2M communication.

He successfully innovated and architected a very flexible, customizable, and user-friendly EDC (electronic data capture) platform for clinical trials data management which has been implemented across multiple CROs (contract research organizations), clinical trial sites, and hospitals in the UK and India.

Roger received his bachelor’s degree electrical engineering from a reputed University where he also pursued  masters in advanced computer applications.

Christopher Nathaniel

Board Member and Advisor

Chris is currently a board member at CORE OBJECTIVE SOLUTIONS and he is also a CFO of a healthcare holding company that owns and operates several healthcare facilities throughout the Northern Virginia area. In his current role he has successfully opened and established a concierge internal medicine practice, as well as led the turnaround and rebranding of a struggling medical spa.
He plays the role of Business Advisor at CORE OBJECTIVE SOLUTIONS and is a mentor for guiding the teams for seamless and hassle-free services to our clients.
Previously, Chris worked as a physician extender in an outpatient orthopedic practice. In this role he gained extensive clinical experience in orthopedic surgery and physical therapy, along with a strong understanding of administrative aspects of managing a healthcare facility. He successfully established the processes for implementing Stages 1 and 2 of Meaningful Use (CMS). Prior to that, he worked in an outpatient physical therapy and chiropractic clinic, where he assisted the physical therapists with implementing patient treatment plans and organized various clinical outreach programs
Chris currently holds an MBA with concentrations in Finance and Healthcare administration, as well as an MS in Athletic Training. He is also an active member of the Medical Society of Northern Virginia.

Dan Miles

Board Member and Advisor

Daniel Miles is an Advisor and Board Member with CORE OBJECTIVE Solutions. He is instrumental in guiding the teams on variety of compliance programs and improving the quality of services like Clinical Notes, Compliance Reviews, Business Management, Client Servicing etc.
Currently he is also a Clinical Director of an outpatient orthopedic PT Services company for the past 8 years. In his current role he is responsible for staff scheduling and training of new physical therapists and physical therapy assistants. He serves as a clinical instructor for physical therapy and physical therapy assistant students from several universities. He has built relationships with local medical offices through providing quality patient rehab outcomes.

Daniel has developed rehabilitation programs for athletes from high school to the professional level. He has worked closely with workers compensation, auto injury patients and their doctors, lawyers and case managers to ensure the best possible outcomes. With his previous job as a staff physical therapist, he participated in company marketing initiatives through visits to doctors’ offices throughout the Northern Virginia area.

Daniel took several continuing education classes and received an advanced certification through Maitland as a certified orthopedic manual therapist. He received his Doctorate in physical therapy from the University at Buffalo.
